- Used to hold an ice bag in place from an injury.
- Place the ice bag over the injured area
- Put the athlete in a “teapot” position and start wrap on humerus and wrap 2-3 times
- Go on top of shoulder, pull medially around chest, go under the axilla back to top of shoulder
- Repeat 2-3 times
- Finish with wrap on upper arm
- Use tape to trace the pattern of the shoulder spica wrap
